Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account data - name, email address, login provider, and account identifiers.
• Practice data - answers, scores, target band, optional IELTS exam date, Mistake Notebook entries and improvement status, progress, XP, streaks, and feature usage.
• Audio and text submissions - speaking recordings and writing samples used to provide AI feedback.
• Payment references - for Paddle payments, we receive transaction and subscription status. Card details are handled by Paddle.
• Usage data - pages visited, device type, browser, and aggregate analytics.
• Issue reports - when you report a Practice problem, we receive your message, the page URL, visible page headings, active section, and basic browser and screen information. We do not automatically include your answers.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to provide AI feedback, track progress, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and recommend relevant learning content.

3. Service Providers

• Paddle - processes international card payments as Merchant of Record.
• Firebase - supports Google sign-in.
• Google Analytics - provides aggregate usage analytics.
• Resend - delivers account and optional learning emails and reports delivery failures or spam complaints.
• AI and speech services - selected tools may send submitted text, images, audio, or transcripts to OpenRouter (and the model provider it routes to), Google Gemini, or Groq for feedback, scoring, generation, or transcription. The service used depends on the tool and deployment configuration.

Saki Coach asks for permission before sending chat messages and relevant learning context through OpenRouter to a selected model provider. Obvious contact details and credentials are filtered from external prompts where possible. Sakar keeps Saki conversation transcripts for up to 90 days and records content-free operational usage metadata. Learners can delete a conversation, erase all Saki conversations and saved coaching data, or withdraw AI permission inside Saki. External providers may retain request data under their own terms; we do not claim zero retention for every tool.

4. Your Choices

You can request access to your data, account deletion, or support with subscription records by emailing contact@sakar.online.

Optional email categories can be changed at any time in Settings or through the preference link included in each optional email. Essential security, payment, and requested account emails are not promotional subscriptions.
