Sakar Practice Terms
Effective Date: January 18, 2026. Last updated: October 2026. These terms apply to Sakar Pro and Sakar Practice software features.
These Terms are between you and MOONCODE LTD, trading as Sakar. MOONCODE LTD is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17158918).
1. Product
Sakar Pro expands access to focused IELTS Speaking, Writing, Reading and Listening practice, AI feedback, answer review, progress tracking, and related practice tools. It does not include third-party course marketplace purchases.
2. Account Access
You need a Sakar account to use saved progress, usage limits, subscriptions, and AI feedback history. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Payments
Sakar Pro is sold in USD. Card payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Sakar does not receive or store your card details.
4. AI Feedback
AI feedback is provided for learning support and may be imperfect. It should not be treated as an official IELTS score, accredited certification, or guaranteed exam outcome.
5. Refunds and Support
Request a 50% refund within 24 hours of payment under our Refund Policy. For support, contact contact@sakar.online.
